Cleaning unit made up two parts.
		The tank which stores the cleaning fluid is located on the lower part of the machine; this tank is equipped with a retention filter and a decantation system along with the double diaphragm vacuum pump.
		the upper part of the machine is made up of a hermetically sealed compartment to store the screen and a mobil system with several spraying nozzles which spray the fluid on the screen at high pressure.
	Acces to machine by side doors with double system of safety gates and emergency stop system in case of aperture.
	Tilted position of the screen on the inside of the compartment to ensure satisfactory decantation and prevent accumulation of cleaning fluid on the glued edges of the screen.
	Cleaning of the screen from the inner part.
	Control panel located separate from the unit, which timer to select the cleaning times.
	Made completely of stainles steel and materials specially verified as resistant to the corrosive action of the cleaning fluids.
	Pneumatic operation protected against danger of explosion in accordance with EC standards.
	Maximun size of outer screen:
		1000 x 1300 mm.
		1400 x 1900 mm.
	Optional: Recycling and distillation unit which separate vacuum extraction pump.
